Here at IAmHonored Inc, we know that sometimes all it takes to change our communities are a little support. Since our founding, we have been determined to make an impact within our cultural community. Community centers have historically been a pillar of safety, support, education, and place of celebration for their local population. IAmHonored has partnered with community centers throughout Mecklenburg County to promote mental, emotional and social health. We see every challenge as an opportunity and despite our present societal circumstances, we know that flowers bloom best in dirt. IAmHonored has started a community employment initiative, we are working to partner with local businesses to hire within our communities and will host employment and professionalism seminars. Our Foundation starts with Family

Our Support Services, host monthly group sessions for families. This is one of our key areas of focus here at IAmHonored. The family unit is the foundation of healthy development in people. Our sessions will focus on; New parents, Healthy Co-parenting, Couples Counseling, Multi-generational families, and more. What We Do

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. IAmHonored emerged out of a pursuit to inspire, support and uplift the Mecklenburg County community. Because change is layered and takes place on every level IAmHonored's founder has utilized her background as a Licensed Mental health clinician and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Specialist to create trainings, seminars, and professional sessions to enhance awareness around Multiculturalism, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Harassment training, Internalized Bias, and Sessions specified for developing multiculturally competent leaders. 100% of the sales generated from these services are used to support IAmHonored and the initiatives of this non-profit.
